Refund Policy

Effective September 17, 2026

BodybyNam sells downloadable digital training programs that are delivered electronically after confirmed payment.

General policy

Because customers receive access to digital content shortly after purchase, sales are generally final once delivery or access has begun, except where a refund is required by law or approved under this policy.

Problems we will resolve

Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You received the wrong program.
  • The delivered file is missing, damaged, or cannot be opened with a standard PDF reader.
  • Confirmed payment was completed but the program was not delivered or made available.
  • You believe the transaction was unauthorized.
  • Applicable law gives you a non-waivable cancellation or refund right.

We may first attempt to redeliver, replace, or restore access to the correct file. If we cannot reasonably correct the problem, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Normally non-refundable situations

Unless required by law, refunds normally will not be issued because:

  • You changed your mind after successful delivery or access.
  • You did not use or complete the program.
  • You expected a particular strength, physique, athletic, recruitment, or health result.
  • You purchased a program without reviewing its description and requirements.
  • You shared, copied, redistributed, or otherwise misused the program.

How to request a refund

Email bodybynam89@gmail.com. Include:

  • The purchase email address.
  • The program name.
  • The approximate purchase date.
  • A short description of the problem.
  • The Stripe receipt or transaction reference, if available.

Never send your complete card number, passwordless sign-in link, or email password.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time is controlled by Stripe and the customer’s financial institution and may take approximately 5–10 business days.

A refunded order may lose Client Access and any entitlement to the associated program.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

For jurisdictions that provide withdrawal rights for digital content, BodybyNam will honor applicable law. Before purchase, customers are asked to request immediate delivery and acknowledge that starting delivery may affect cancellation or withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
