Purchase Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to downloadable training programs sold by BodybyNam. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement.
If the intended program user is under the age of majority where they live, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase, accept these terms, and supervise the user’s participation.
No person under 13 may create an account or submit personal information directly through the website.
Digital products and license
A completed purchase grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased PDF program for personal training purposes.
You may download, store, and print a personal copy. You may not:
- Share the file or account access with another person.
- Republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the program.
- Remove copyright or ownership notices.
- Use the program to create or sell a competing product.
The purchase covers the specific program version delivered at the time of purchase. Future revisions, replacement editions, coaching, customization, or additional services are not included unless expressly stated.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise. The final checkout screen controls the amount, currency, applicable taxes, and payment terms.
Stripe processes payments. Where Stripe Managed Payments applies, the checkout or receipt may identify Stripe or a Stripe affiliate as the merchant of record.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and delivery information.
Delivery and Client Access
After payment is confirmed, BodybyNam will attempt to deliver the purchased PDF to the purchase email and associate access with that verified email.
Customers may use optional passwordless Client Access to view programs linked to the verified purchase email. Customers are responsible for maintaining access to that email account and protecting one-time sign-in links.
Contact support promptly if an email address was entered incorrectly or delivery does not arrive.
Fitness and health disclaimer
BodybyNam programs provide general educational fitness information. They are not individualized medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Exercise and strength training involve risk of injury. Before beginning a program, consult an appropriate healthcare professional if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, symptoms, uncertainty about exercise safety, or any other concern.
Use appropriate equipment, loads, technique, supervision, and judgment. Stop exercising and seek qualified assistance if you experience pain, faintness, chest discomfort, unusual shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms.
For a minor participant, a parent or guardian is responsible for determining suitability and arranging appropriate adult, coaching, and medical supervision.
No guaranteed outcomes
Individual results vary. BodybyNam does not guarantee any specific increase in strength or muscle, personal record, competition result, athletic recruitment, body-composition change, or health outcome.
Refunds
Refunds and delivery problems are governed by the BodybyNam Refund Policy and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Intellectual property
The programs, website content, branding, text, images, and related materials are owned by or licensed to BodybyNam and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Service integrity
BodybyNam may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment reversal, security misuse, or unauthorized distribution. We will not arbitrarily remove access to a valid, non-refunded purchase.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, digital products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms. BodybyNam is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of a program, ignoring professional advice, unsafe equipment or technique, or unauthorized sharing.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer lives.
Before starting formal proceedings, customers and BodybyNam agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter through support.
